When Nike does something it’s always going to be epic.

With over 100+ Workouts, crisp clear audio and visuals. It’s hard not to get motivated. Heck, you can even work out with Serena Williams and Kevin Hart (virtually of course) and get fitter, faster, stronger anywhere. Three cool things about NTC; You get to measure your movements/NTCworkouts and other sports in the form of Nike Fuel. ii) It really is for everyone. intermediate to advance, men and women iii) Share progress and Inspiration with friends and make working out more fun. 2. Bodyspace

Just like having a personal trainer in your pocket. Bodyspace is a popular social fitness platform designed to help build the best version of you. With numerous workout plans and nutrition guides from pro athletes and trainers like Jamie Eason, Ashley Conrad, and Lee Labrada. It brings a world of fitness knowledge to you in a simple and accessible way. All you do is choose a program based on your goal, experience level, gender, age, and duration of workouts per week. Then sync your body space program calendar with your phone calendar and get reminders/tips along the way.
My favorite feature has to be the workout tracker. As your working out you can record (sets/reps/weight/mood), watch exercise demonstrations, and track your progress. After completing training hit finish then check how much weight you’ve lifted and get motivated to go harder next time.

3. MyFitness Pal

When it comes to health and fitness 70% of your efforts come from balanced nutrition. Whether you’re trying to lose weight, maintain or put on muscle, MyFitnessPal helps determine the best things to eat to meet your goals. Probably the most popular fitness app and my favorite food diary app. Use it to track caloric intake in detail; calories, fats, protein, carbohydrates, sugars, fiber, cholesterol, vitamins, and more.

There’s a cool scanning feature that allows you to scan and track food using its barcode. Note this may not work with all the food barcodes in Kenya but you can still enter the nutritional info manually to create your own food database. Then simply add the food info anytime you’re tracking your meals. At the end of the day, you’ll get a nutrition summary with all your major nutrients, calories used plus water intake to see how things are going. Simple and very useful!
