Deep Fried Minced Beef Samosa Recipe


Minced beef and potatoes are the main ingredients folded inside these wonderful deep fried samosas. Chicken livers may be substituted for beef.



➮Minced meat,
➮Cumin powder,
➮Green chilis,
➮Garam masala,
➮Coriander powder and leaves.


Chop all the Ingredients; including garlic, onions, green chili, garam masala, and coriander leaves.

Boil the minced meat and add the ingredients prepared above.

Boil the meat without adding any water, when it has dried add all the remaining ingredients and stir for 3 minutes to mix well, remove and fill them into samosa pockets.

From mixed flour, make it into a dough and then into small balls. Spread the ball and putting oil heat them a little. From the heat, remove the layers one by one and cut them into rectangles.

Fill them with the prepared minced meat above and then fold into triangles.

Then deep fry until both sides are golden brown and crispy as shown ABOVE.
