Spaghetti, Mince and Peas Recipe


A classic sauce still tastes great, no matter how simple. Get that depth of flavor by cooking the sauce very gently until it’s super rich. This is designed to be a low-cost recipe.

This sauce can be cooked in advance and frozen. Leave to cool completely then pop in a freezer-proof container, it will keep in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Ingredients:

⏩Spaghetti.
⏩Minced meat
⏩Peas
⏩Onions.
⏩Salt to taste.
⏩Cooking oil.
⏩Garlic.
⏩Ginger.
⏩Tomatoes.
⏩Coriander.

Method of preparation.

Put the mince on a pot on the fire, add salt to taste. Cover it for 5 minutes and let it steam. Then when it starts sizzling, add oil, onions, garlic, and ginger. Let them cook for a while then add tomatoes and peas.  Let them cook for a while. When it is ready, add coriander before removing it from the fire.
