CHILI BURGER

Method of preparation
Mix 1 bunch of finely chopped spring onions the chopped chili, 500 gram of minced beef, salt, paprika powder, 2 eggs and 2 table spoon of breadcrumbs. Make 4 burgers out of this mixture and cook them on the grill for about 6 minutes on each side. Cut 4 hamburger buns in half and place slices of cucumber on the bottom halves followed by the hamburgers. Spice with chili ketchup, and then lay 2 rings of onions on top and cover with the upper half of the bun
