Everything you'll ever need to put inside a bun. Great barbecue burger
Serves 4
Preparation time: 25 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes


2 gherkins
2 bundles of mixed herbs
500 gram mixed minced meat
Paprika powder
2 eggs
2 table spoon bread crumbs
4 hamburger buns
100 gram herb butter
4 lettuce leaves
4 table spoon tomato

Method of preparation
Cut the gherkins into small cubes. Wash the herbs, dry them and chop them finely.
Mix the minced meat with the herbs, the gherkins, salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
Knead the meat paste with the eggs and the breadcrumbs. Using wet hands, make four burger out of the paste.
Grill the burger on the grill for about 6 minutes on each side.
Cut the hamburger buns in half and toast them on the grill for a short time until they are a golden yellow color. Afterwards spread herb butter on to the bottom halves of the buns.
Place a lettuce leaf and a burger on each bottom half of the buns. Cover the burger with ketchup and then cover with the top half of the bun.
Serve immediately.
