Meat with Raw Onions
Tender meat is achieved by using the right cut for the way you’ve chosen to cook, and by cooking it well.
Serves 4
Ingredients
500 gram beef fillet.
2 table spoon sugar
2 table spoon oil
2 shallots
1 clove of garlic
4 table spoon soy sauce pepper
1 table spoon flour
1 Spanish onion
Method of preparation |

Wash and dry the meat and then cut into small narrow rectangles. |
Sprinkle sugar on the meat, pour oil over it and mix everything together well. |
Peel the shallots and cut them into fine cubes. Peel the clove of garlic and press it finely. Mix both of these with the soy sauce, the pepper and the flour. Pour the marinade over the meat pieces and let it marinate for about 30 minutes. |
Afterwards, shake off the excess liquid from the pieces of meat and put them onto skewers, Grill the meat skewers for about 3 minutes on each side. |
In the meantime, peel and coarsely chop the Spanish onion. |
Sprinkle the skewers with the onion cubes and serve. |
