These delicious mushrooms taste just like restaurant-style stuffed mushrooms and are most guy's absolute favorite.

STUFFED MUSHROOMS RECIPE


I've made these many times and everyone loves them. They are not time-consuming at all and can be made up two days before needed.

Ingredients

500 gram fresh mushrooms or large cultivated mushrooms with brown tops
200 gram boiled potatoes
1 onion
1 tablespoon butter
150 gram boiled ham
200-gram mozzarella
Salt
Pepper
½ sprig of parsley olive oil for spreading


Method of preparation

Dry the mushrooms with a dry cloth. Cut out the stalks and chop finely.
Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Peel and dice the onions. Heat the butter and fry the diced onions in it for about 2 minutes. Also, dice the boiled ham and the mozzarella. Mix all the diced ingredients and spice with salt and pepper.
Wash the parsley, dry it and chop finely. Then mix it together with the chopped mushroom stalk and stuffing.
Put the stuffing into the mushrooms and spread olive oil over them. Grill the mushroom for about 5 minutes.
