STUFFED PORK

Ingredients

4 pork chops, 200 gram each with pocket
200 gram boiled potatoes
200 minced onion
Salt
Pepper
Paprika powder
Clear corn liquor
2 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon ground marjoram
1 onion

Method of preparation
Wash and dry the chops.
Peel and dice the potatoes. Knead the potatoes with the minced onion and add salt, pepper, paprika powder, and the corn liquor.
Stuff the chops with the mixture. Close the pockets with toothpicks.
Mix the oil with the herbs and spread it all over the chops. Grill for about 8 minutes on each side.
Peel and dice the onion and sprinkle it over the finished chops. Serve immediately.
