Trout Toast

Trout Toast Recipe

Serve 4
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

4 slices of toast bread
Butter for spreading
6 table spoon of mayonnaise
3 table spoon cream
1 table spoon capers
2 tea spoon grated horseradish
150 gram smoked fillet of trout
Salt, pepper
1 onion
4 slices of Gouda cheese
1 table spoon trout caviar
Parsley for garnishing

Method of preparation
Slightly toast the bread and spread with butter.
Mix the mayonnaise with the cream. Add the capers and horseradish. Tear the trout fillet into pieces and add it to the mixture. Spice with salt and pepper.
Peel and dice the onion. Spread the trout mixture onto the bread, sprinkle the cubes of onion over it and cover with the slices of cheese.
Grill the trout in an electric grill for about 5 minutes. Serve garnished with caviar and parley.
