1. Reduce body fat to improve testosterone & improve estrogen: Having small & frequent meals & carb counting really helps to reduce fat percentage.
  2. Gain muscles to improve estrogen metabolism: Include protein in your each meal. Space out your meals. Exercise daily, specially weight lifting helps to build up your muscles.
  3. Keep your liver clean for better estrogen metabolism & fat loss: Include protein in each meal. As protein is necessary component of whole elimination process because every toxin must bind with an amino acid. Two amino acids, LYSIN & THREONINE, support liver function & since estrogen is metabolized by the liver, so these proteins helps to get rid of estrogen from the body. Include anti-estrogenic (AROMATASE-BLOCKER) foods like Fenugreek seeds (methi) Sesame seeds, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Cabbage, Garlic, Onion, Radish, Raw seeds, Nuts like Almonds, Pecan, Walnuts, Chia & Hemp seeds, Turmeric, Sage, Oregano, as all these detoxify liver. Also drink lemon peel water daily to detoxify liver daily.
  4. Support your body's pH will improve liver health: Drink more water with lemon peel to alkaline the pH & eat sulfur containing vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, onion, radish.
  5. Eliminate added sugar & restrict carb intake: Both the glucose & fructose form of sugar are metabolized in the liver. Eating too much of it causes liver to turn them into fat, also it shuts down the release of sex hormone binding globulin (SHGB ). SHGB binds to estrogen, making it available to have its estrogenic impact. Lack of SHGB leads to unchecked estrogen & testosteron. Choose low- carb diet. Include fiber which is critical for estrogen metabolism.
  6. Include Good fat & omega-3 fatty acids: Very low fat diet leads to low hormone levels because the building block into make hormones are provided by good fats. Include nuts, seeds, eggs, chicken & fish , from your quota.
  7. No alcohol but red wine in small amount will be fine: As alcohol is detoxified in the Liver, just like estrogen & detoxification causes oxidative stress, compromising liver functioning in the long term & alcohol increases AROMATASE(An enzyme involved in the production of estrogen). But red wine inhibits aromatase due to the phytochemicals it contains.
  8. Solve nutrient deficiency to reduce aromatase: Low selenium, melatonin (sleep hormone), zinc, magnesium are the primary culprit. Include aromatase blockers (mentioned in point -3)
  9. Adequate Vitamin-D Aromatase inhibitor, optimizes estrogen metabolism.
