Beef Kebabs Recipe

These beef kebabs pair marinated steak with mushrooms and onions to deliver a steakhouse experience on a stick.
Beef Kebabs Recipe
500 grams, cubed beef fillet.
5 tbsp. chili sauce (optional).
2 tbsp. sunflower oil.
2 large green pepper (capsicum), cut into large cubes.
(Optional) ½ small (medium ripe) pineapple cubed.
1 large red onion, cut into chunks
4-5 large sized tomatoes cut into large cubes.
Freshly chopped coriander (dhania.)
Salt and black pepper to taste.

Place the cubed beef in a bowl with chili sauce and tbsp sunflower oil. Mix well. Cover and leave to marinate at room temperature for 2 hrs.
Thread the marinated beef onto long metal skewers alternating with the bell pepper (capsicum), onion, pineapple, and tomatoes.
Mix the remainder of the marinade with 1 tbsp. oil, chopped dhania and season with salt and black pepper.
Cook on a medium-hot grill or Jiko for 15-20 minutes, turning frequently and brushing with marinade to moisten each time.
Serve immediately when cooked with either hot naan, baked potatoes, French fries fresh green salad.
