How to prepare chicken

1-kilogram chicken
1 teaspoon soy.
1 teaspoon oyster sauce.
1 teaspoon cumin seeds.
1 teaspoon coriander.
1 teaspoon tandoori masala.
1 teaspoon Spanish paprika.
Salt to taste.
Fresh rosemary.
Fresh lemon juice.
Garlic paste.
Chili sauce (optional).
Spring onions.


  • Marinate your chicken with soy sauce teaspoon, oyster sauce teaspoon, cumin seeds, coriander, tandoori masala, salt, sage, thyme, Spanish paprika, fresh rosemary, fresh lemon juice, ginger, and garlic paste. Mix a teaspoon or less especially strong spice like cumin put half teaspoon.
  • Mix all and add a little water then thoroughly coat the chicken and wrap tightly then refrigerate for at least 3 hrs or more.
  • Then bake at 180 degrees for one and a half hours turning the chicken at 45 mins and draining the juices.
  • Once fully cooked take a pan put some BUTTER not oil butter but if you have no butter you can instead use blue-band. Melt it and add garlic mix well, add tomato ketchup and chili sauce again mix.
  • Put your grilled chicken in and mix till well coated.
  • Chop some spring onions mix and serve.
