Spinach qinoua salad recipe


Super quick and healthy. Sorry it's not plated fancy this is for a personal salad but you could always double up for 2 people.
Spinach qinoua salad
Spinach qinoua salad recipe
Chicken:
Cube about 6 ounces of chicken in any sweet chili sauce. Only 1 tablespoon. Grill on a pan with Pam. Then set aside.
Salad:
1 cup of chopped fresh baby spinach
1/4 cup of corn
1/4 cup of canned black beans (washed)
Table spoon of sunflower seeds
1/4 of an avocado slices into cubes
1 tsp chopped green onion
1/2 cup cooked qinoua (warm)
1 tablespoon sliced almonds.

Dressing:
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 tsp Dijon
Salt and group pepper
2 minced garlic

Method
Pour dressing on salad and add chicken.

Tip: you could add grilled fish instead of chicken
