Stuffed Bell Peppers with Ground Turkey

So easy and yummy.

Stuffed Bell Peppers with Ground Turkey Recipe

- Wash & Cut the top of the bell peppers, clean inside from all seeds and fix in pot
Large Bowl:
- Finely chop 1 onion, handful of parsley, 1 or 2 grated carrot, 1 grated tomato, 2 stalks of celery, & whichever other veg. of your choice
- I used 1 ½ lb. ground turkey
- Depending on # of peppers you have use the same amount per small handful of rice.
- 1 Tbsp. Tomato paste & 1 Tbsp. oil
- Spices: (sprinkle of everything… I never measure exact) salt, pepper, turmeric, sweet paprika, consomm√©, & dash of garlic powder
- Mix Everything together and place in peppers not filling them til the very top.

- Medium sized bowl filled ½ way with boiling water
- Splash of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. tomato paste
- Salt, pepper, & sprinkle of consommé
- Mix well until everything combined and pour on sides of bell peppers and splashing a tbsp amount in each pepper.
Place on high heat uncovered and then low once boiling and cover pot for about 1-1 ½ hours or until looks cooked.
