Sunday meal

This is part of my Sunday meal preparation.
Egg Frittata with onions, spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms, and organic chicken sausage
Egg Frittata with onions, spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms, and organic chicken sausage. I season it with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. I sauté everything and place in a baking dish for 35-40 at 400. I use 4 yolks and 6-8 egg whites.

Ground turkey with sautéed onions, peas, mushrooms, garlic, and kale. I season with Branch amino acids, dash garlic and herb, chili flakes, and pepper. I switch off between these for lunch and dinner. I know I don't have a family to feed, although this is for me. I'll eat it with sweet potatoes some times.

I will also eat a piece of the frittata for breakfast! I can eat that at any time:)
