Vegetable pashtida with potatoes, carrots, broccoli, spinach, parsley, and eggs.

Ingredients:
Vegetable: Spinach
Potatoes.
Carrots.
Broccoli.
Parsley.
4 eggs.
Salt to taste.
Pepper.
Turmeric.
Cooking oil.

Method:
Put all the veggies in a food processor. Place mix in bowl and add eggs (I used 4 eggs). Add salt, pepper, and turmeric.
Put a light layer of oil in a pan. Add mix and cook on medium low for about 10 minutes or until brown. Flipping it is a bit tough but I moved it into a plate, put another plate over and then slid it back into the pan.
Let the other side get brown its ready to eat.
