Baked Chicken and Veggies Recipe

Baked Chicken and Veggies

Ingredients
Vegetables.
Celery stalks.
Potatoes.
Parrots.
2 large onions.
1 medium lemon.
Salt to taste.
Black pepper.
Ground rosemary.
Cayenne pepper.
Turmeric powder.
Curcuma powder.
Ground cumin seeds.
Olive oil.

Method
Prepare the vegetables...celery stalks, potatoes, carrots, 2 large onions, and 1 medium lemon. In a small bowl mix together; salt, black pepper, ground rosemary, cayenne pepper, turmeric powder, curcumin powder, ground cumin seeds. (I used eyeball measurements)

Cut and place in a baking pan, add olive oil, salt, black pepper, thymes, and ground rosemary. Stuff veggies, I used one onion, 1 celery stalk and 2 slices of lemon for stuffing.

Close up the chicken. I used wooden skewers for this. Sprinkle olive oil on your chicken. Now rub in the mixed spices you prepared earlier. Turn it and rub in the spices on the back as well.

Take out and place on the veggies in a baking pan and bake at 200°C for 45 minutes. Turn and bake again at 200°C for 20 minutes.

Take out and let it cool for 5-7 minutes before serving. You can Serve with creamy spinach. Very delicious indeed.
