Beef and mushroom cooked in whole grain mustard sauce

Beef and mushroom cooked in whole grain mustard sauce served with cumin brown rice and sautéed veggies. For the Beef and Mushroom in Creamy Mustard Sauce:
Beef and mushroom cooked in whole grain mustard sauce
Ingredients:
1/2 kg Tender Beef.
1 Onion.
3 sliced garlic.
Handful of Mushroom.
2 tbsp Wholegrain Mustard(or any mustard you may have).
Salt & Pepper to taste.
Cooking/whipping Cream.

Method:
Cook the meat in a hot pan with little oil and allow to brown. Check its tender enough and if it needs more cooking add some water and cook more.

Add the mushroom, onion and garlic, allow to cook and brown slightly. Try not add water before browning the onion.

When the onion and mushroom have browned,Add mustard to taste and stir to mix into the meat.Add a little water and allow to simmer.

Finally add the cream and bring to boil. Adjust the taste/seasoning. Serve with brown rice and side of vegetables.
