Blood Pressure remedies

  • Eat 1 day old wheat roti mixed with milk at breakfast.
  • Have gajar ka muramba.
  • Include Banana, Litchi, Muskmelon, & pomegranate.
  • Eat garlic Clove in the morning.
  • Drink Normal temperature water 1 glass with one lemon squeezed & add 1 tsp honey & drink on empty stomach in the morning.
  • Take equal amount of dried watermelon seeds & poppy seeds ( khus-khus ) , grind together & eat 1 tsp of it 2 times a day.
  • Avoid table salt.
  • Eat fresh 2 cucumbers daily.
  • Drink 2 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar 1/2 hr. before meals, as it alkalizes body, thus reduction in Blood Pressure.
  • Take one garlic clove + one tablespoon of Lemon juice + A small piece of Grated ginger + One tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar + one teaspoon of Honey. Mix all in blender. Keep in a glass bottle & keep in the fridge for 5 days. Consume 1 Tablespoon daily before breakfast, lunch & dinner.
