Creamy mushroom sauce on pasta

Creamy mushroom sauce with cheese will work for any kind of pasta. So yummy and easy to make!


The creamy mushroom sauce on the pasta recipe



Ingredients:

☛¹/₂ onion
☛3 garlic cloves
☛8 mushroom (any)
☛black pepper
☛salt to taste
☛basil
☛1 box pasta (any)
☛milk (2% or whole)
☛4 oz cream cheese
☛1 tablespoon butter
☛olive oil
☛Fresh coriander leaves


Directions:

Put the pan on low fire add olive oil and butter (so the butter will melt slower). Add chopped onions, garlic, mushrooms, salt, and black pepper and saute raise the fire a little and stir for about 3-4 minutes till you achieve a deeper brown texture.

Add 1 cup of milk to the pan and 4 oz cream cheese (it gives it a thicker creamy texture) add basil. Stir and let sit over medium fire for about 5-8 minutes.

PASTA:
Let 4-6 quartz come to a boil then add a pinch of salt. Now add pasta and wait about 8-9 minutes till ready. Drain, season with fresh coriander leaves and serve.


Note: Don’t forget that different kinds of pasta require different time for cooking: check instructions on pasta package and adjust steps accordingly so both sauce and pasta are ready approximately at the same time.
