Fig French Roast

1 big piece of French roast (no need to trim).
1 and 1/2 cup of pearl onions (frozen or fresh).
10-12 pieces of dried figs.
1/2 jar of fig Bbq sauce (mr. Kosher)

In a bowl mix:

2 tablespoons of oil.
1 tsp sweet paprika.
1/2 tsp. black pepper.
1/2 tsp. salt.

Set meat in a foil tray. Pour oil and seasoning mixture onto the meat. Massage it in well. Then add onions and figs all over the meat. Add on top the Bbq sauce. That's it!!! Cover tight with foil. Bake on 350 for about 5 hours. 1/2 way through cook time uncover the meat and baste it in its juices (so it doesn't dry up). Close it again with foil and keep baking
