Garlic potatoes with parsley, schnitzel and Israeli salad


Cuts Yukon gold potatoes into rounds, places cooking oil in a wide saucepan with high walls. Then place the potatoes on the oil and add a lot of chopped garlic. Add salt and black pepper. Now cover and cook on medium-medium low. Stirs occasionally. The potatoes cook from oil (fry) and steam. Towards the end add fresh parsley.
