SIMPLY DELICIOUS MOJO POTATOES
These are potato wedges covered in flour batter and then deep fried. Simply delicious!
MOJO POTATOES RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
⏩6 large potatoes.
⏩2 cups flour.
⏩1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne pepper or paprika for color.
⏩2 teaspoons thyme.
⏩1 teaspoon garlic powder.
⏩Salt, to taste.
⏩Black pepper, to taste.
⏩1⁄2 cup milk.
⏩Oil for deep frying.

Directions
Cut each potato into wedges. Heat oil. Stir together the flour, cayenne, thyme, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Dip each potato wedge into the milk (you can add an egg to this milk if you want), then dredge thoroughly in the seasoned flour mixture.
