My pizza recipe

You can use all purpose flour instead of the bread flour that is called for in the recipe, but bread flour is higher in gluten than all-purpose flour and will make a crispier crust for your pizza.

For the dough:
Flour 500 grams.
Sugar 10 grams.
Salt 10 grams.
Yeast 8/9 grams.
Water 350 grams
Cooking oil 25 grams.
Ingredients for the toppings
Blended tomatoes or tomato paste.Bacon.
Meat porons or pepperons.
Meat normal.
Any cheese for pizza.
Oregano (spice).
Mixed spices (optional).

Mix the dry ingredients together (flour, sugar, salt & yeast). Add your water and mix till your dough is well mixed. This time it will be hard but make sure you mix well. Add your oil then continue mixing until it's well mixed. This time the dough will be soft.
Cut your dough into two balls or more if you wish. Put it in a polythene bag and place it on a plate to rest for 30 minutes. (you may keep it in the fridge if you have or own one). Meanwhile marinate your meat (no measurements) shortly like 5 pieces then cut them small pieces. Use your oregano just a one tablespoon.
Now add mixed spices a tablespoon each on your meat. Use a small pot then cook your meat in low fire until it dries off (no soup). Cut your bacon in small pieces and grate your cheese.
Remove your dough from the fridge and roll your balls gently to your desired thickness (mine was thick enough), place it on the baking tin. Apply some tomato paste on top of the dough, then add your toppings sparingly (make sure not to add too much).
After applying tomato paste add your bacon, meat, pepperon and your cheese. Then bake your pizza for 20 to/or 30 minutes. Cook at a temperature of 180-200 degrees temperature.
Serve it when hot.
