Nutella bread pudding with Ferrero Rocher top


Ingredients:
3/4 loaf of bread or 3/4 box mini day old croissants
6 eggs
3/4 cup Nutella
1 cup milk
1 cup cream
Splash of vanilla
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
6-8 Ferrero candies

Nutella bread pudding with Ferrero Rocher top

Method:
Tear up croissants and place in baking dish.
Put milk, cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg in bowl and mix. Add the beat eggs to wet mix.
I warmed the Nutella to make it easier to mix, add that to wet mix. Pour mix over the broken up bread and toss a little to incorporate the chocolate. Coarsely chop the candy and spread around on top. Bake for 1 hour at 350 uncovered or until the toothpick comes out clean.
