Potatoes Pancake Recipe

This is a traditional potato pancake recipe and is wonderful comfort food. Serve with applesauce and sour cream for a light dinner, or with roast chicken for a hearty meal. You can use more flour if the mixture seems too wet.

This is the classic latke, made with little more than grated potatoes, with egg and flour for binding
Potatoes Pancake
Ingredients
➧ 2 small potatoes. Clean and well chopped.
➧ 1 cup of milk.
➧ 2 eggs
➧ 1 cup of wheat flour (all-purpose).
➧ 1 tbsp. sugar

Method
➧ Boil the potatoes. I used 2 small ones. 
➧ Blend them with some milk. I used 1 cup. 
➧ Put in the mixing bowl. Add two eggs, 1 cup of wheat flour, and then one tablespoon of sugar, then mix them until it's well mixed. 
➧ Not very thick. Ready to cook just like the usual pancakes. 
➧ Cook on low heat and little oil. 
➧ Cook one side until brown and turn to the next side and do the same for the rest.
➧ Once it's similar to the photo below then it is ready to serve. 
➧ You can serve it with tea or something different of your choice.
