Walnut or pecan cake recipe

Walnut or pecan cake
2.5 cups self-rising flour.
2 vanilla sugar.
3/4 cups sugar.
1 cup oil.
1.5 cups fresh squeezed orange juice.
3 eggs.

Mix all ingredients well and put in a foil tray.Sprinkle cinnamon on top and add walnuts or pecans. Put in oven on 338 degrees (170 degrees Celsius) for 40 minutes. When cake is out of the oven, put maple syrup on the cake.
Let cool down and enjoy!
