Characteristics of Blood Type B

Very Good Immunity, Resistance to chronic disease, the possibility of adaptation to various conditions & pronounced sportiness especially in the field of swimming, running, climbing.
People with Blood Type B are prone to quickly & easily digest fat & have good metabolism ,so they are not susceptible to weight gain. But have problems with the metabolism of Insulin, so should avoid high carb foods. They are mostly Lactose Intolerance, which is why most people with B - group find hard to digest fresh milk. 

Food that is Good: Fish & seafood as a protein source. All fruits. Dried apricots as a source of energy. Green vegetables. Milk, curd, cheese, eggs. Rice, millet, oats, flax. Lamb, turkey. Olive oil.
Food that is Not Good: Tomato . Wheat, corn, buckwheat, sesame, lentils,peanuts (affects the efficiency of your metabolic process , resulting in fatigue, fluid retention, & hypoglycemia). Chicken (Chicken contains a Blood type B agglutinating Lectin in its muscle tissues. Although chicken is a lean meat, the issue is the power of agglutinating Lectin attacking your bloodstream & the potential for it to lead to strokes & immune disorder). Seashell. Ham.


To maintain the mind & body balance choose physical exercise that challenges your body as well as mind. Type B(s) need to balance meditative activities that are not too aerobically intense, have an element of mental challenge & involve other people.
