Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups Daawat Fusilli Pasta, boiled
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup canned chick peas, drained
8-10 black olives, sliced into fours
1 medium cucumber, chopped
Handful of coriander, torn
For the dressing:
1 1/2 cups olive oil
4-5 tbsp. vinegar (or rice wine vinegar)
2 tbsp. dried mixed herbs
1/4 cup honey
Salt & Pepper to taste
Method:
Mix together pasta, bell pepper, onions, chick peas, black olives, cucumber and coriander.
In a separate bowl, whisk together all the ingredients of the dressing. Pour over the salad and enjoy with a side of garlic bread.
