Piles (Fissure) Nutrition Tips


  • Soak Dry Anjeer at night & eat in the morning on empty stomach. Don't eat anything for another 1/2 an hour.
  • Drink Buttermilk added with Ajwain & pinch of Saindhav Namak after your food daily.
  • Heat castor oil (80 gm), remove from heat, add Camphor (10 gm) in it (8:1) & mix well, wash the area, & massage the area with this oil 2 times a day until you get relief.
  • Have soft diet like curd-rice, add ghee to it. You can eat soft Moong Dal Khichdi, add ghee to it.
  • Drink plenty of water so that you are not constipated. Avoid spicy & oily foods.
  • If bleeding, then eat raw onion with curd/ butter milk. Also eat papaya after 1 hour after lunch.
  • Eat raw raddish along with leaves (25 gm = 5 tsp.)daily.
  • Don't wash the area with hot water.
  • Grind 15 gm (2 tsp.) Black Til, add 10 gm Makkhan & eat in the morning.
  • Have curd with Ginger & Rice.
  • Have Water - based vegetables more. Lettuce (96%), Cucumber (96 %), Zuchini (95 %), Radish (95 %), Celery (95 %), Tomato (94 %), Cabbage (93 %) , Broccoli (91 %) .
  • Avoid completely milk, chocolate, Wheat, Tomato, Beet .
  • Have Banana Daily. Include Green Leafy Vegetables. Carrot Juice also is good.
