EGG KORMA RECIPE

Today’s recipe is a delicious gravy recipe of tomato korma and boiled eggs simmered into it. This egg kurma tastes good with plain rice or mainly bagara rice and a perfect dish to make during any occasions too.

EGG KORMA RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

4 Hard-boiled eggs
2 Boiled Potatoes (cut into 4 pieces)
1 tsp. Coriander Powder
¹/₂ Chili Powder
1 ¹/₂ tsp. Ginger-Garlic Paste
¹/₂ tsp. Turmeric Powder
4 tbsp Grated Coconut
2 tbsp. Yogurt
2 tbsp. Tomato Paste
¹/₂ tsp. Garam Masala
1 large Onion
3 Tomatoes
Dhania (Coriander ) Leaves (for garnishing)
Salt to taste

METHOD
Take a pan, pre-heat the oil and add the chopped onion and fry till slightly golden brown. Put the chopped tomato, salt, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste and cook for fry for 7-8 min.
Now, add the garam masala, tomato paste, coriander powder, chili powder and cook for another 5-6 min.
Add 3/4 cup (237 ml) of water and cook the gravy for 8 minutes. Put in the boiled eggs, potatoes and stir it about 3 min. Then mix the grated coconut with a few tablespoons of water to make a paste. Add this paste and the yogurt to the eggs,  keep the flame in low for another 5 min. Garnish with coriander leaves, serve with rice or chapati.
