CHICKEN LOLLIPOP RECIPE
CHICKEN LOLLIPOP 


INGREDIENTS 

CHICKEN LOLLIPOP RECIPE
500 grams of chicken lollipops

1 cup corn flour
1 cup plain flour or all-purpose flour 
1 tbsp. full of ginger garlic chili coarse paste 
1 tbsp. full soya sauce 
1 tbsp. full red chili sauce 
1 tsp. black pepper powder
1 egg 
salt to taste

METHOD


Wash and pat dry the lollipops well

Marinate them with ginger garlic green chili coarse paste all-purpose flour corn flour soya sauce red chili sauce black pepper powder salt to taste and egg mix well and set aside for 20 minutes
Deep fry over low to medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes
Serve with salads green chutney chili garlic sauce and lemon slices
For salads, I have used one onion sliced few cabbages leaves thinly sliced red chili powder vinegar mix everything well
