Ingredients
Meat
Tomatoes
Frozen peas
Carrots
Potatoes (optional)
Onion
Garlic/ginger paste
Turmeric/ curry powder
Coconut milk
Method
Boil meat until tender
Drain the excess water and fry with onions, garlic and ginger
Add spices and the meat, fry until golden brown while stirring occasionally
Blend tomatoes and add to the meat cook until for 10 minutes
Add potatoes, salt more spices if you like.
when potatoes are almost done.
Add frozen peas and chopped carrot stir well and add coconut milk
Cover and simmer for some minutes, add water if you like...serve hot!
