SEEKH KEBAB ROLL RECIPE


SEEKH KEBAB ROLL

INGREDIENTS
250 grams of boneless chicken
1 big onion 
1 tbsp. ginger garlic green chili paste 
chopped coriander leaves
¹/₂ tsp. pepper powder
¹/₂ tsp. garam masala powder
salt to taste


FOR DOUGH

2 cups plain flour (all-purpose flour) or u can use wheat flour 
¹/₄ tsp. baking powder
1 egg (optional)
1 tbsp. oil
salt to taste


FOR ROLL

seekh kebabs
2 onions 
2 tomatoes 
pudina chutney 
chaat masala 
mayonnaise and cheese both are optional
tomato sauce

INGREDIENTS FOR SEEKH KEBAB ROLL RECIPE

PUDINA YOGURT CHUTNEY

Grind together 1 small bunch of pudina (mint leaves) 6 cloves of garlic 3 green chilies lemon juice and salt into a fine paste.

Then mix the pudina chutney with a half a cup of yogurt (dahi) and then use it in the roll.
Do not grind the yogurt with the other ingredients the chutney will become watery.
FOR SEEKH KEBABS

Fine chop or grate the onions add a pinch of salt mix well and squeeze out as much water possible from onions.

Wash and squeeze as much water possible from chicken pieces and grind them to a fine mince.
Add squeezed onions ginger garlic green chili paste pepper powder garam masala powder and salt into the chicken mince mix well.
Make long seekh kebabs and shallow fry till golden brown from all sides
DOUGH MAKING

Take 2 cups of flour (plain flour or wheat flour) add salt baking powder 1 egg(optional) 1 tbsp. oil mix well add water and knead into a medium dough just like chapati dough

Let the dough rest for an hour then roll thin chapatis and roast over pan or tawa applying oil on both the sides.
FOR ROLL

Take 1 chapati spread green pudina yogurt chutney generously all over

Then place seekh kebab in the centre then put sliced onions and tomatoes some mint leaves on the kebab sprinkle chaat masala generously and tightly roll the chapati
You can also grate cheese and apply mayonnaise to your chapati along with green chutney but they are optional.
