STUFFED KEEMA ALOO TIKKI
INGREDIENTS

500 grams potatoes boiled and peeled
6 chopped green chilies
handful of chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp. corn flour
salt to taste

FOR FILLING 

250 grams mutton mince or (keema)
1 tbsp. ginger garlic green chili coarse paste 
¹/₂ tsp. cumin seed powder (jeera)
¹/₂ tsp. pepper powder(kalimirch)
¹/₂ tsp. salt(namak)
¹/₂ tsp. gram masala powder


METHOD 

Mash the boiled potatoes season them with chopped green chilies coriander leaves corn flour and salt

Heat oil in a pan add mutton mince ginger garlic green chili paste cumin seed powder pepper powder gram masala powder and salt
Cover and cook over low heat till all water is dried and mince is cooked properly if any water is left then evaporate that completely
Take a ball of mashed potato to flatten it between palms then place a tsp. full of filling in the centre lift the sides of potatoes and seal it on the top such that the keema filling is sealed inside properly
Flatten the tikki to 1/2 inch thickness if the potato is sticking to hands then wet your hands little and then stuff and make the tikki
Shallow fry over low to medium heat till golden brown from both sides it takes around 5 to 7 minutes to brown from one side

Serve with pudina chutney and tomato ketchup.
