TANGDI KEBAB RECIPE: FIRST MARINATION
Tangdi kebab ingredients
4 chicken legs
1 tsp. full ginger garlic green chili paste
1 small lemon juice
Salt to taste
TANGDI KEBAB RECIPE: SECOND MARINATION
Tangdi kebab ingredients
1 tbsp. full yogurt
1/2 tsp. cumin powder
1/2 tsp. garam masala powder
1/2 tsp. pepper powder
1/4 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. gram flour or besan
Fresh cream (malai) or butter
Onion slices mint leaves and lemon slices for garnishing
TANGDI KEBAB PREPARATION METHOD
Marinate chicken legs with ginger garlic green chili paste
lemon juice and salt for 20 minutes
Then apply the second marination add cumin powder pepper
powder garam masala powder turmeric yogurt and gram flour mix well and let it
rest for another 30 minutes to 1 hour
In a pan heat 1 tbsp. of butter or oil or fresh cream (any
one)
Add the marinated chicken pieces cover pan and cook on low
flame for 30 minutes open and flip the pieces after every 5 minutes.
As we have added gram flour they brown faster so it’s
important to flip the pieces after every 5 minutes so that they brown evenly
from all sides
You can also directly barbeque or tandoor or grill the
marinated chicken pieces in oven brush little butter and then barbeque tandoor
or grill them
Serve with lemon slices onion slices mint leaves and pudina
chutney
