Tasty Egg Fried Rice Recipe

I always serve this amazing egg fried rice with all of my Chinese dishes. It is easy and goes perfectly as a side.  Invite your friends over and try this TASTY new Rice Recipe
Tasty Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients:


3 tablespoons Cooking Oil 
3 cups cooked rice 
12 ounces of vegetables of your choice (green beans, carrots, capsicum, sweet-corn, broccoli) 
¹/₂ cup water 
2 tablespoon soy sauce 
Pinch sugar 
1 to 2 beaten eggs 


Instructions: 


In a large skillet over high heat, heat the cooking oil until shimmering. 

Add the rice and cook, stirring, breaking up any clumps. Make sure that each grain of rice has been Fried, taking about five minutes.

Add the vegetables and cook, stirring for another 10 minutes, until the vegetables are hot. 

In a small bowl combine the water, soy sauce, and sugar. 

Add this mixture to the pan. Cook, stirring for 1 more minute.

In the same bowl, beat the eggs. Push the rice mixture to the side of the pan and cook the eggs, stirring to scramble. Once scrambled, fold the eggs into the rice. Serve hot.
