Quick and Easy Bread

This nutty, crunchy, whole-grain loaf makes great sandwiches, and is also super at breakfast, toasted and spread with sweet butter.

Quick and Easy Bread Recipe

Ingredients

1 1⁄2 cups bread flour
1 1⁄2 cups whole-wheat flour
3 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 1⁄4 teaspoons salt
1 cup water
1 tablespoon of Cooking Oil

Method

Combine flour, salt and baking powder.
Stir in water and cooking oil until everything comes together to form a dough.
Shape the dough into your favorite sizes and forms.
Optionally spray with water before putting into the oven.
Bake at 200C or 400F for approximately. 20 minutes for small breads and approximately. 40 minutes for large breads. Eat up!
