HEALTHY ORANGE SMOOTHIE RECIPE


We all want a good and healthy day, who needs a moody and gloomy person really? we don’t... So have this for breakfast.

Ingredients

⇔ ¼ cup orange juice
⇔ ½ cup vanilla yogurt
⇔ 1 small orange, peeled and frozen
⇔ ½ peach, peeled and diced
⇔ 1 carrot, grated

Method

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and remember the orange juice comes first then the rest come after this is because you want that smoothie and not so thick yuck thing you cant drink.
