➥¹/₂ cup of pineapple chunks
➥1 cucumber
➥1 cup of green cabbage
➥2 stalks of celery
➥1 dash of turmeric
➥1 cup of spinach
➥¹/₂ cup filtered water (optional but tastes better)

Make sure ingredients are organic and the water is filtered. 

Directions


If using a juicer: 

Add all the above ingredients to a juicer and juice.

If using a blender: 

Add all the above ingredients to a blender along with ¹/₂ cup of filtered water. Add ice if desired. Blend until smooth. If no pulp is desired, strain smoothie through a fine-mesh strainer before drinking.

Drink once daily for 1 week as lunch. 

Combine with regular exercise. Avoid processed foods, refined sugars and any kind of sodas.
