Pineapple Avocado Detox Smoothie Recipe
Creamy, sweet-but-not-too-sweet and full of health packed ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
➻200 g sweet, ripe pineapple, chopped➻1 ripe banana
➻½ of a ripe avocado
➻20 almonds
➻2 tsp chia seeds
➻2 cups of water to top up
INSTRUCTIONS
Simply add all the ingredients to your blender or smoothie maker, top up with water and blend for 1 minute – until everything is thoroughly incorporated. Drink straight away. You could also add a large handful of ice if you like your smoothies really cold.
Try it – you’ll feel satisfied, energized and positively glowing!
