How to make most delicious banana bread

Banana bread

So last night when I found some overripe bananas lying in my fruit basket, I rejoiced because… banana bread to the rescue! The bananas were without form and void and dark spots started to form on their skin. And I said, “Let there be banana bread.”

Banana Bread Recipe

This banana bread is moist and delicious with loads of banana flavor!

You’ll need:

➭1 and a half cups flour
➭3 overripe bananas
➭Half teaspoon baking soda
➭Half teaspoon baking powder
➭A third cup sugar
➭Half teaspoon of salt
➭Eight leveled tablespoons butter (or margarine)
➭I teaspoon cinnamon powder
➭A few vanilla extract drops (optional)
➭2 large eggs
➭Half cup whole liquid milk

Grease a loaf pan with vegetable oil and set aside. You could line the bottom with parchment paper like I did.

Preheat your oven to 350⁰F (about 200⁰C).

Peel your bananas and put in a blender with milk. Blend together and set aside.

Now measure out your butter/margarine and put in a mixing bowl.

Dump in your sugar. I used brown sugar for no reason other than that I am out of white sugar. Me, out of white sugar? This is frightening!

Cream those two together until they become husband and wifey. One and indivisible.

Crack in your two eggs.

Mix baby, mix!

Now add a few drops of vanilla extract if using.

Mix that together. Blend together banana and milk and add in. You could also mash the bananas with a fork in a bowl if you wish. In that case, mash the bananas, mix with the milk and add to the other wet ingredients.

Throw in all the remaining dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Mix all of that goodness together.

Pout into your prepared loaf pan. Be sure to level the top.

Put in the preheated oven. I have no idea why I will be showing you a picture that is as dark as hell. I have problems.

Let that bake for about 20 – 30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

That my friends is how you make the most delicious banana bread. If you try this out, be kind and leave me a comment below.
