PEACH AND PINEAPPLE MILKSHAKE RECIPE
Our fresh pineapple peach smoothie makes a great, quick breakfast – or a refreshing snack or dessert!
Peaches: They are a great source of vitamin A, vitamin C, and dietary fiber. Peaches have shown many benefits, including heart health and anti-cancer properties.
Pineapple: Pineapple contains bromelain, a natural anti-inflammatory enzyme. This enzyme can rival potent pharmaceuticals such as NSAIDs and steroids. When bromelain is combined with Indian spice “turmeric” it is even more potent.
PEACH AND PINEAPPLE MILKSHAKE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
☛250 grams natural yogurt
☛5 pineapple slices (about 250 grams )
☛3 peaches
☛1 tablespoon sugar
DIRECTIONS
⏩Peel the peaches and cut into pieces. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until obtain a quite creamy mixture, about 35 seconds. Pour the milkshake into individual cups and serve cold.
