Ingredients:


☛1 ¹/₂ cups all-purpose flour
☛2 eggs
☛1 cup milk (or water)
☛¹/₄ cup sugar
☛Butter, for greasing
☛Berries of your choice, for topping

Method:


Sift flour into a bowl and add eggs, milk (or water), and sugar. Mix well and set aside.

Grease a little butter on a non-stick frying pan. Pour the batter into the pan and cook over medium heat until the bottom part is golden. Turn the crepe over and cook the other side. Top it with some berries before serving.
